As Public Relations Director at RKG Creative, I served as the sole agency account manager and primary client contact for NIZUC Resort & Spa, a luxury resort in Mexico, overseeing public relations and marketing communications from pre-opening through established operations.

Working closely with resort stakeholders, I developed and executed communications initiatives supporting the property's launch, brand positioning, and ongoing visibility. My responsibilities included travel media outreach, press releases, media pitches, advertising collaborations, and editorial and marketing content development.

I regularly traveled to the property to collaborate with resort management and support on-site creative productions. I also represented NIZUC at TAS in Washington, D.C., met directly with travel journalists, and coordinated advertising-related events with Travel + Leisure.

My writing contributions included advertorials, advertising copy, resort fact sheets, brochures, website content, and descriptions for the property's restaurants and facilities.
